The Futures staff team will liaise with all relevant services to ensure all rough sleepers in the city are supported through the next 6 months. Dock House will take direct access cases daily from 9pm. The service will continue to provide the contracted 20 beds as well as 5 extra beds for any emergencies, 2 beds will be made available at William booth hostel when these are full.
